How many do you need? There are a few sellers on eBay, though doing a search for 't-nuts' bring up a few of the hammer-in type as well:-

Arc Euro Trade sell T nuts though it depends what size you need.
I bought from them as they sell the machine I have but the ones I got were 8 mm with an M6 thread.

They do sell other sizes though.

Depending on your application, these may or may not be suitable but, Steve Maskery sells "Flange Nuts" to fit T-track at Workshop Essentials.com. You may have to double-check the size of your track but, I think the price is right.

Which bit is 15mm? Narrow part, or wider part? What is the other width dimension? Also, What's the depth?
A dimensioned sketch would be ideal.

The slot is 15mm at the top narrow part and the base 25mm.
