I've always stubbornly stopped myself from buying a biscuit jointer.

One of the reasons I started using a biscuit jointer is that, over the years, I've had to make a lot of stuff using veneered chipboard or MDF boards where the use of hand tools is not really an option. Having used it I find it such a great tool (probably my favourite power tool) that I now use it extensively. But it's worth getting a good one :wink:
