Space saving baseboard for model railway (WIP)

One of my current WIP, is a modular style space saving baseboard for my N gauge model railway( will be making 4 more for the OO gauge layout), it is 1800mm x 1230mm,
it consists of a base unit storage cupboard with height adjustable castors(for levelling),
the top is made from 12mm ply, and is hinged to the base unit to allow to be stored in a vertical position,
it will also have a pullout control panel(still to make), and a pullout workstation(also still to make),cheers,
