If they have what you're after it might be worth a few days wait till a wagon is down your way so they can piggyback your delivery onto an existing one, should save a few quid.
If you intend to call in, then take a good look around, I can guarantee you'll be impressed with the services they offer.

Did you Google the post code/address? It's a semi in the erm, 'back' end of Bradford.
That would be enough to tell me it's a non-starter.
A lot of small businesses have there address as home, that's not unusual nor a reason to discount it out of hand.
Look at companies house for Temu, it gives address as
124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX
But we all know they are a Chinese company, so that in itself is no indicator.

It might not be for you, but a semi detached house in Bradford? Nah, think I'll pass on that one

Ilkeston Ply & DIY are local to me and in my experience they've been very helpful. Whilst I have had birch ply from them in the past, I cant say for sure if they will stock exactly what you need but might be worth a call if you are still looking.

They are based in the east midlands, Ilkeston which is 7 minutes from J26 of the M1. https://www.ilkestonply.co.uk/products/sheet-materials/.

Thanks - I'll ask there too

Drawn a blank on Lawcris & Ilkeston - both say they only have sheets with repair plugs - I need a completely/perfect surface as it's for a table top.

There is product called 'artisan' BP which has no plugs but the top veneer layer is very very thin

Thanks - I think that may be the same as or similar to Stretek ply which is OK but the colour isn't right - New World Timber that came up with a Google for Artisan is listing B/BB "clear face" so an enquiry is en route.

@robgul out of curiosity I gave Lathams Leeds branch a call, very helpful Lady pointed me toward 18mm Maple veneered ply, Lathams carry it in stock, and the price for 18mm is £99 + VAT, Freebie sample available if interested, HTH

I said a similar thing in another thread recently - I would find your nearest bespoke kitchen manufacturer and pop in to their workshop, the likely hood being they get through 100's of sheets a month, they may have something you can use or they could tag a single sheet on to a bulk order they would be doing anyway. Have to ask nicely obviously.

Plywood??!! - it's all melamine faced MDF or chipboard cabinets wherever I've seen kitchens made locally - and hardwood or pine doors

Hi James - still riding your bike?

I'll give them a go but Hanson (and the other big outfits) seem unwilling to sell just the one sheet
I suggest you consider birch veneer.
It is available, and you could apply it to less than perfect plywood (not necessarily birch).

Thanks for all the suggestions - it appears that when you get right down to it there isn't, currently, a supplier that I've tried (about 20) that has B/BB Birch long-grain with no repair plugs in 9 or 12mm. There are a couple of pseudo plywoods available like Artisan/Artizan but they are almost like a "melamine laminate" with the thinnest of thin top surface, and the grain pattern is nothing like Birch.

I shall revisit my planned project some time in the future.

Try here? Have B/BB or did a few months ago
