Terrible when that happens, nothing like the taste of stale mud to enhance the flavour, might know my Son who lives in Bavaria has been gloating for the past month or more about the max size trout, (he's allowed to take 2 a day) and the fact that they are beautifully flavoured and bright pink in colour because they are feeding on an abundance of shrimp, having to smoke and consume because the freezer is full. Just hope there's some still in the freezer for when I visit.Random Orbital Bob":1e7bkv9k said:after a successful trout fishing session on Tuesday, I cooked 3 lovely rainbows with great care...they tasted disgusting!!

.... and the contaminated water run-off, where does that go?Random Orbital Bob":m50hioww said:I'm talking about weedkiller for a gravel drive there will never have anything growing on it so all the residual in the ground stuff is no worries. In fact, the longer the chemical remains active the better to be frank as that would mean fewer applications. Doing it by hand is out of the question as its too large.
