OK - bit of a gloat but also a couple of questions for all you Incra dudes.
Out in Orlando I picked up an Incra Lite for the princely sum of £49 (and some other stuff thanks to Neil - thanks again!) (And all just under customs allowance - not that I got stopped anyway!)

It's one of the best bargains I've had - great little system. I made a very quick and crude stick on fence (will post a pic later) using some #8-32 bolts I bought back, but was wondering what other Ultra users have done? I've seen Neil's fancy fence but was interested in others too ...
Also someone - I think it was Chris, mentioned the Incra was the best way to cut tenons - is that using the right angle fence - if so would you be able to describe the process?
The right angle fence is slightly warped which is a bit frustrating (and a little surprising as well). In fact the main fence also has a very slight bow too. But apart from that it's a well made piece of kit and I love the repeatability. Even reading Neil's excellent review and other comments here I really didn't get it until I had a play yesterday - and I've still barely touched the surface.
Cheers

Can't help with the Incra but I bet that little haul looked 'interesting' going through the x-ray machine.

Bet it did!
I know answering my own posts is sad but I spoke with someone technical from Incra and was informed that these right angle extrusions are also bowed like that - and that clamping the piece will bring it straight. With the fence (which is out by a much smaller extent) I was told this is also common and wouldn't have any effect in practice which I can believe.
Very helpful chap altogether. I wish I didn't have a natural tendancy to always check this sort of stuff!
Cheers

Glad I could help you spend your money, Gidon   - although it was very depressing seeing just how little everything cost! Looks like you had fun at Woodcraft

Cheers,
Neil
(hoping I'm allowed to go to a conference in San Diego in June after seeing this lot!)

Hadn't seen that - thanks Neil. I've attached some MDF sliding cheeks but wouldn't cut the slot in the Incra - would be too nervous. Interesting dust extraction - I'm really unsure how to deal with this at the moment but your fence and this one give me some ideas.
Good luck with the trip to San Diego - take your biggest suitcase!
Cheers
Gidon
