Oh that is sad news, another skill centre closing.

A real shame. Spent some time chatting to them in Harrogate this year. Really nice people.

spoke to someone recently who had for a short time operated a boat repair business (slightly different from a ground up build I know), basically the business wasn't viable because 1, late paid bills and more to the point 2, people just weren't prepared to stump up for the cost of craftsmanship

I'm sad to see this as Mike and Lyn are wonderful people with a real passion.
We had them on Benchtalk101 a couple of times.
