what to cover with (11 sq\m)

pvc tiles , paint, lino or laminate flooring

easiest option to sweep up , but will have wet feet in uk weather , so non-slip

I have covered the working area of my garage floor with outside decking boards, non slip, being grooved and not to difficult to clean up saw dust etc with a vac or an extension tube from my dust extraction set up.

Plus for me, a good insulation from the concrete floor.

Take care.

What do you have at the moment? If it's uninsulated concrete. I would pop a membrane down, Min of 25mm battens over that. Insulate between battens, then exterior shuttering ply on the battens. Then if you want - varnish the floor and sprinkle sand for a non slip finish. :)

I used decking stain on my marine ply shop floor. Not sure how it would work on osb but it's given me a sealed but non-slip finish.
