They look good, similar to the Shimano. I'm tempted to try a solution I saw the other day, a guy cycling along with a Tesco plastic bag on each foot, held on with bicycle clips!!

Before I got overshoes, at one point I did snip down a couple of sandwich bags to put over my socks Of course, they were hidden inside my shoes so only I knew the ridiculousness of my predicament. Certainly kept my toes from freezing though. Iirc, I saw it on GCN. It certainly wasn't my idea.
