Hi guys....

Need a bit of help/advice here please.... :(

Transferred today a load of video clips i'd taken on my iphone to my PC.... no problem

Except when it asked do you want to rotate them (i assumed it meant video clips as well as pictures) i said 'No' as they'd all been taken the 'right way round'.... or so i thought

All went well, transferred ect etc. but all the video clips are now at 90' to the left.... :?

When you click on them to play, they open up using Windows Media player..... i've found that if i right click on them they can be opened and viewed using 'Quicktime'.... the right way round..! but of course i cant save them to then be able to transfer to CD/DVD for later viewing on the big telly screen :(

Is there anyway or i can now rotate them through 90' to be able to view without either tilting my head to one side or laying on my side

Wohooo..... cheers for that

err.... just before i download it... will it do them in a batch (the same as i can resize multiple images in one hit) or do i have to manually do all 225 individually..? :(

Nick

Windows movie maker will allow you to rotate a whole batch of videos at a time (and make a DVD of them if you wish) and of course its free.

ahh..... just tried the 'freemake' video converter, and although good, unless i'm doing something wrong, the aspect ratio is all changed i.e. i've now got a short but wide video instead of a tall skinny one if that makes sense..?

Sheptonphil.... point me in the direction of Windows Movie Maker please... :D
