Question about using the Festool Domino

Just got my new Domino - very pleased with it. Just have a question about a specific usage.

If I wanted to make a cutlery tray, and domino the inner dividers to the frame, how would that be done? Obviously putting a domino in the dividers themselves is easy but how to mark/position the domino squarely/accurately on the frame?

All the lines and markings on the horizontal and vertical fence faces are there for alignment purposes, not to make it look pretty. Google Jerry Work's Domino manual, it's on his website and has a ton of useful info on using your new baby, sorry I meant essential tool... I love mine and use it for everything.
