Can anyone help I posted a parcel second class last Monday,the recipient says he's not yet received it the problem is I've lost the receipt of posting.I know time date etc.What can I do?

Did you send it recorded? If not, refund the buyer and move on.

Their second class parcel service is p1ss poor and in my experience always takes far longer than they say (2 to 3 working days my @rse!).

Give it a bit longer before you write it off.

I always use second class signed for, it's only a bit more expensive than normal 2nd class, go for that next time.

The problem is without a signature you can’t be sure if they’ve received it, next time signed for
