I wish to buy some decent plywood boards, 19mm (3/4").

Whenever I see pictures of other folks work / demonstrations the boards they use seem very high quality. (Without voids and many thin laminations). It seems when I look around I seem not to come across theses high quality boards.

Can I be advised as to what exactly I should be asking for? I wish to make some cabinets for tools in my garage and wish get some of these boards. It is referred to a furniture grade? I am not too fussed over the finish wood as such.

Lastly, best source for these in Surrey area -no doubt I will have this delivered.

Any advice?

You need to ask for birch ply for good quality or some marine ply is very good quality

Decent quality WBP - you'll have to see it before purchase. Birch will be prohibitively expensive, as will marine ply - it depends on how much you wish to spend on a couple of boxes in your garage.

Hi

Alsfords in Cobham usually have it in stock and have a panel saw to get it into manageable sizes

Wey Plastics in New Haw will get it in and cut it up on their beam saw

Im pretty sure any of the Champions will also get it for you
