Pbase Renewal

Hi all

I'm probably the world's worst photographer, but I do have a Pbase account. :lol:

As it's time to renew my membership are there any better/cheaper sites that I should consider?

OK Neil, no-one else seems interested yet. Can you tell me what Pbase is, 'cause I'm interested in photography, but not much good at it.

I love looking at PhotoSig, plenty to learn from there.

Pbase is an on-line photo hosting website, whereas PhotoSig is for the real enthusiasts.

Being a cheapskate, I use the free Photobucketfor mine. I know there's always the risk that free hosts might introduce charges at some time in the future, but if Photobucket ever does that I'll switch to an alternative freebie.

Neil,

I've come across Photobucket a few times now - for example JasonB hosts his piccies there. The nice thing is that it adds the entire Http:// ... etc under the picture so its quick to add pictures in to php forums.

E.g. look under the pictures here:

[url=http://photobucket.com/albums/v156/jasonballamy/]http://photobucket.com/albums/v156/jasonballamy/[/url]

I doubt I'll change unless pbase goes downhill, but if I were, thats the one I'd choose I think.
