Wadkin AGS 10"

its open on one side where the motor hangs out and falls and rises.

also the smiley mouth opening on the front with the tilt indicator on.

has anyone made a sucsesful DC system for theirs ?

how much use is an overhead DC ? as most of the dust ends up in the bottom

I did think about boxing the whole lot in with a vent by the motor ?? what ya reckon ?

Hi there :)

We have an old planer in our workshop and we had a metal plate made with a hole and 4" long metal tube at the bottom of the dust collection area, we then fixed this to the machine and connected our dust extractor pipe to it.

I just have a big hopper type thing under there on my AGS at the moment, its temporary. I do plan to make a kind of box that sits over the whole motor area. As for the slots where the rise/tilt is, not sure. Maybe some sort of brushes (Like you see in letterboxes)?
