It was more about sockets etc - in your photos I don’t see a single socket
Ahh, I’m sorry, I was being thick.
Im hopeless at being able to plan how to lay a workshop out on paper and pen, so I have to plonk the machines and benches in to the space, have a few moves around until I feel I have a reasonable layout. Then I will run the electrics and services to where it’s needed. I’ve already run white trunking around the complete workshop at top of the wall ready to be able to drop the sockets down.

In my last workshop I put double 13A plug sockets every 2 metres only to find I only ever used two! I usually run the 16A and 32A outlets in 4mm2 cable so I can change them from 3 to 1 phase and 16 to 32A as needed / I move the workshop around which inevitably I will do a few times.

I’ve just about reached my ‘utopian’ set of machines, so hopefully there won’t be many rejiggking of the machines.
