I am torn between two solutions.
1. 9mm flat upvc 5m sofit boards, cut to width and bonded to the gutter floor and sides.
2. GRP matting formed into the box gutter using the gutter as a template.
My thought are that if I can do it with the sofit board that would be easier but the issue is the roof overhangs the gutter so access is tight.
So
Is access is a real problem then it may be the GRP.
The GRP will probably be a more permanent solution though.

Really appreciate all the ideas though, they have got me thinking.
