my switchmaster 400 c/h programer has packed up

Put in the 400 programer in 1989 myself but tonight it looks like it has failed.

Now discontinued, what model can you recomend for replacement.

central/heating plus water and two program set plus constant all that is required with an easy reinstallation from the 400

OK, I gave the old timer a whack, and it has started again.

But still interested in a recommendation for a simple replacement which avoids any electronic knowledge, just do up the terminal screws.
