Mortiser Worth £150?

Seen this Wilson Bro mortiser for £150. Anyone have any experience with wilson bros? Don't realy need a mortiser buy seems very cheap for a pretty heavy duty machine. Worth a buy?

Yeh have a 3 phase outlet around 10 metres away from my shop. Will need to get a extension cord. But planning on getting one anyway for my table saw.
In terms of price is that a fair, a good deal or a very good deal? Thanks

Get him to include any of the mortising chisels he has, they can be expensive new.
