My Nieces Christmas Presnet.

I have built this cot for my brothers little girl as a chistmas present. I think it looks alright, I really need to praticse more on the finish. It has been made from pine T&G floor boards

I think it looks very good. How big is it? Would it work as a rocking crib?
What finish are you using? I ask because I once babysat for someone (who is now a 39-year old carpenter) who ate the top bar of his cot.

Diarrhea with splinters? Not nice...

Thanks, the finish is Beewax with polish in it. I think it could be made to a rocker design as well.
