Keyboard aggravation

Some months ago I posted a thread stating that letters were being omitted from typed threads. Dust was blamed by members.
I changed my keyboard and there was not much improvement. Just now I put another thread in WIP and half a sentance was omitted and I know I typed it, the thread continued with some more message after the omission.

Any ideas what is going wrong with my computer?

Could be your connection to the motherboard.

Could be some process hogging the CPU ...you can check that out by looking at Windows Task Manager (ctrl=alt=del simulateneously) then look at process tab and sort by the CPU column. System Idle should be taking most resources while waiting for you to type something.

thanks roger, The CPU usage came up at 2 to 7% when I went into that action whilst on line looking at your message.

Any viess on that . I didn't type that double s in views or that s after double??????????????? either.

Sorry, dw...no further ideas. Still could be dodgy hardware connection
