Joinery books

Can anyone suggest some books on window and door joinery (modern). I have les goring's purpose made joinery.

I was going to suggest Modern Practical Joinery by Ellis, but I'm not sure if its modern enough.
Definitely covers windows and doors though.

There aren't many 'modern' books to be had, "Purpose Made Joinery" by E V Foad is probably the most modern one I have that's actually worth having. An oldie from the 30s/40s but very much a goodie is "Joinery and Carpentry" VOLUME 2 (Looking at you, BM ) by Richard Greenhalgh which covers Doors, Windows and Geometry pretty concisely.

Is there anything in particular that you're after?

Try 'Making your own handcrafted doors and windows ' by John Birchard. Published by Sterling in the US and Blandford Press Dorset.Its American and a bit over the top but certainly will give you a lot of ideas.
