There aren't many 'modern' books to be had, "Purpose Made Joinery" by E V Foad is probably the most modern one I have that's actually worth having. An oldie from the 30s/40s but very much a goodie is "Joinery and Carpentry" VOLUME 2(Looking at you, BM ) by Richard Greenhalgh which covers Doors, Windows and Geometry pretty concisely.
Is there anything in particular that you're after?
Try 'Making your own handcrafted doors and windows ' by John Birchard. Published by Sterling in the US and Blandford Press Dorset. Its American and a bit over the top but certainly will give you a lot of ideas.
