In reply to your last 4 posts the first photo looks to be a sanding plate with an abrasive disc stuck on. Presumably it is threaded to fit the lathe headstock.
The next 4 photos are an adjustable sanding table.
The next photo is a mitre gauge which hopefully fits the slot in the sanding table.
As to where to buy a 4 prong drive centre, if it's a standard Morse taper then any wood turning supplier. From the photo it looks like it has either a spring loaded or adjustable centre point which makes it a bit more specialised thus more expensive & harder to source.
