In reply to your last 4 posts the first photo looks to be a sanding plate with an abrasive disc stuck on. Presumably it is threaded to fit the lathe headstock.
The next 4 photos are an adjustable sanding table.
The next photo is a mitre gauge which hopefully fits the slot in the sanding table.
As to where to buy a 4 prong drive centre, if it's a standard Morse taper then any wood turning supplier. From the photo it looks like it has either a spring loaded or adjustable centre point which makes it a bit more specialised thus more expensive & harder to source.

The drive centre that came with the lathe has a centre point that can be removed the tailstock centre had a rotating point fitted in a bearing both on No1 morse taper, both the drive and tail stock spindles are bored right through so you can remove the centres using a bar and a hammer to give it a tap out , also you can end bore a hole in work

If you need a hammer or mallet on the knock out bar then something is wrong. Make sure the Morse tapers are clean & dry, then you should only need finger pressure on the k/o bar to drive out the centres.

2-3 light taps with the KO bar on the end of the MT should be sufficient

It is an early Taiwan machine and I don't think the morse tapers actually match male to female so when you tighten the tail stock up to the work it takes a slight tap to remove the drive . I did make a removing bar out of an old long screwdriver with the end ground flat that I slid in the tail stock shaft then hand taped it to remove the drive , the lathe is striped down in a box not used it for years

Have you tried cleaning the Morse tapers?
My routine, if sticky, white spirit, meths or isopropyl alcohol then possibly a light rub with a fine wet & dry abrasive, (180+ grit), another wash then dry.
Do this on all the morse taper centres & in both the headstock & tailstock tapers.

I used to have one of these. The four blades centre just had a morse taper, can't recall now but it may have had a threaded collar behind it to aid removal.
