Hi all, i'm thinking of purchasing the Excalibur Osborne EB-3 Mitre Guide from axminster but before i do i was hoping someone could supply me with some measurements of it just so i'm sure its suitable, 1st i need to know what the overall length of the guide bar is from end to end and 2nd what is the measurment from the front of the guide bar to the front face of the guide fence.

Thanks

Derek

Twenty one and a half inches and eleven and five sixteenths (includes grip paper ).

Thanks for the info and can i also ask has anyone ever heard of woodworkers using these gauges on site saws for e.g the DW745 http://www.dewalt.co.uk/powertools/prod ... tno/DW745/ which is what i have, eventually i'll get round to upgrading it to something alittle more suitable for finer woodworking when i find a suitable saw for my workshop, i'll post some pics later so you can have an idea of what my workshops like and how limited i am to space and hopefully you may be offer some advice on a suitable tablesaw.
