Help stop mookie malware

Its driving me mad, thought I was shut of it and it just happened again.

Only seems to happen on ebay, I click on something and it takes me to a dead page.

Any ideas ?

I've tried deleting my cache, running Norton scans and looked for rogue programs in task manager and in add/remove software.

Thanks but no joy, downloaded it last night and did a scan. Found a few a few things and all good until an hour ago and it happened again. Did another scan but found nothing.

Can you put one example of those ebay links in here ... it should help to establish if the error is client or server-side.

Also, what browser are you using?

Without starting a 'my OS is better than your OS argument' and not a direct help with your issue BUT ...
Have you tried running a Linux OS instead of windows? I switched about 10 years ago and have never considered going back.
It really is quite painless and simple. you can run it from a cd so you dont even have to install it on your pc, or you can install it alongside your windows (then when you turn the pc on you choose whether to use linux or windows.
Try it for a week, if you dont get on with it you can uninstall it and you are none the poorer and your windows OS remains untouched.
If you do like it - no more malware, viruses etc etc and its all free. and legal.

I've removed the start httpss so it won't work (it doesn't anyway)
