I can imagine it is, not sure I have the eye or the patience for such an undertaking, it really is stunning, you should be proud.

My dad made one for our son something like 22 years ago. Our son never liked it and hasn't wanted it. Happily for us, it sits on our landing, and we love it to bits.

I have the drawings and was going to start 2 number (2 granddaughters) but the price of birch plywood is too much is there an alternative ply I can use ? One painted one varnish
