Hello,
I've been browsing the Internet looking for some help with some items I found in a garage I was emptying.

I could name all the items but it seems easier to post photos.

The two blue and red vices are record the other says something like "guardsman"

Planes are Stanley bailey no.4

If anyone could shed some light on these I'd be very grateful.

They look old especially the record 75. They all work perfectly and the record 75 rotates and locks fine.. its actually very nice bar a bit of dust.

My photos won't post :s
The other record is a record No. 0
Also a record 3 I don't know what it's called haha its a sort of grip thing.

You should be able to post piccys now as I think you need to have three posts under your belt to send photos.
You need to compress them first though ..
I use a free program microsoft office 2010 for resizing photos with windows ....download microsoft sharepoint designer( free to get this ) office 2010 is included
Tom

More info - the #75 is top o' the line.

There are instructions and information in the "Picture Posting Guide" link at the top of every forum section.

How can I clean it up safely?

If you mean the #75:

a) I already linked to thread showing a full restoration
b) you couldn't damage it if you tried!

That plane on the right looks like an early low knob one, it could be a good user.
