It's possible you are being redirected automatically to the UK site which appears not to have the "personal" free edition available.
If the url in the browser address bar starts with https://www.autodesk.com/uk/products etc., then you have been redirected. If so, just edit the address by removing /uk and refresh the page. If you get redirected again, clear your cache and cookies.
