Free web services?

I am having a web site built by a friend, but, I would also like a second one just to put 'allsorts of rubbish' on! :roll: Just one of these freebie things, as long as it is a site and not a blog! I have one of those and want one with pages as the contents are very varied and not on interest to everyone (or anyone come to that)

I DID try one out a few days ago 'moonfruit'?? hmm yeah! computer crashed and burned!! and had to flatten it! (not with a hammer .. though it was tempting) and lost all my stuff and photos ... luckily I had them saved on 'freeshare us!!' .. #-o RIGHT!!! good job I had most on disk.

So any of you chaps have any suggestions? :-k

good thought Dave! I never tried that! I didn't have any need for one before so never thought of it. 8-[ will have a look.

Another options is Free Virtual Servers, with which you get Wordpress.

OK, I think will try the on with my ISP first it looks okay for the bits of stuff I want .... no music though. but if that dosen't work out I'll try Free Virtual servers .. with wordpress! ... not clue what that is
