That looks like a Brese.
The Brese is a copy of the Holtey. The kit can be modified.
For example, here is my version ..
All steel, Ebony infill, 3/16" A2 blade, 60 degree bed.

Yep, I knew that. I didn't see Holtey on the lever cap so I was curious if it was a Brese or something that looked very similar. Looking on the web, now I see it's Aled's own. I need to enquire about his kits. :wink:
