Filling in part of internal reveal

Best snd simple waybto fill in part of window reveal,as on photo,theres some foam in there,about 2" deep!

I’d simply clean up the foam a little and fill it with bonding plaster , leave it slightly below the existing plaster level so you can use a bit of finish plaster or just use some water based filler to make up the level . You can then if you want to fit white glazing strips available in many widths around the sides and base of the window frame …hope this answers your question.

What are glazing strips?

I’m probably calling them by the wrong name ( my apologies) they are the thin upvc strips often fitted by window companies when fitting new windows. Sometimes to enhance the window frames and often to cover up minor damage to the window opening ..
