That's the plinth erected, first coat of protection, complete with fix point template including rear strengthening spars.

That's the "emergency" build complete, the rest can be seen to in slow time.


The Jack Russell is named Mouse. 😃
 
I'm hoping that WiFi will be pretty good there. Fingers crossed. The main router is not far from the patio doors seen in an above photo - around 10 meters, and there's also a slave mesh transmitter "closer" on the first floor in the room at the closest corner of the house.

The box arrived yesterday. I've had the front facia off and the "tested" sticker inside the unit is dated 9 Jan 25. Hoping that little to no update is required...
You can check the wifi signal using your phone- just hold it near where the charger is to be mounted and check what signal the wifi is getting on the display...

If all the updates are fairly current then it shouldn't take that long, just the user settings and the like once they are loaded in...
