I am looking to buy a Trend CDJ300 dovetail Jig the book price is £70 including VAT and my local stockest Spire tools sell it at this price, but I was in B&Q today and they are asking £80. So much for superstore savings. Their paint is also more expensive than the local supplier, slight rant over.

Superstores are a rip off for certain things, but you can't beat them on other deals, I just bought 6, 550w corded drills for £47 amazing, don't care if they break after a year.

I've long since found that B&Q are either more expensive the local specialists or their products are of lower quality. The reason I keep finding myself going in these is that I can get pretty much everything for a project in one go rather than spending the day going round lots of places, and they're open long hours including Sunday.
