One of the best pieces of work that I've seen around here for a long time (apart from Ian's fuschia box recently)...nicely done :wink: I see you used Andrew's smartHinges which are a complete revelation if you've ever tried to hinge a box using standard brass butts :evil:

Rob - yes, the hinges are fantastic and I was also able to use his corner jig which is also a really nice little tool.
