Just been given a new works ford transit and it doesn't have a CD player only Bluetooth connectivity......I've got an iPhone but my life's to short to burn my CD's onto the laptop then onto the phone.......anyone know of a Bluetooth compatible cd player I can just keep in the glovebox?

Just in case you hadn't realised, ripping a CD nowadays will take less time than boiling the kettle for your morning cuppa, not like years ago when it copied in almost real time.

There may also be a USB socket that you can plug a memory stick into containing mp3 files.
Still involves ripping/downloading, but more convenient than having a separate device connected by bluetooth.

What Nev says.

I burnt my entire CD collection in no time at all. Just be sure how much space you have on your phone though if you decide to do it.

Ripping or downloading also means you can carry a metric feck-tonne of CDs on a single flash drive or SD card, and play your entire collection without having to faff about changing CDs. Also means delicate discs won't risk getting damaged in your work van and you won't suffer the annoying skip every time you go over a bump in the road!!

There is a USB port in the Transit van, with my one it depends on how you copy the files as the indexing does not always work.

As I said this morning Spotify works, or I also put music on to my tablet and link that via bluetooth.

The Audible books from from Amazon on my kindle work well as well.
