Maybe you don't want to hear it chief, and that's your right. Please don't be crass enough though to decide that people's problems are unimportant or made up.
You might not want to hear it, but I have around 4 hours or so a week spare in which to turn, on a good week. Unfortunately not every week is good. I've had my son with a ruptured appendix to deal with, my car which I need for getting back & forward to work to repair, and have been attacked in my shed by a junkie I caught trying to steal my belongings. You might not want to hear it, but these are real problems which affect the free time I have available. You might not want to hear it, but for some of us our free time is precious and is allocated on a priority basis. You might not want to hear it, but a "fun" competition is the least of my worries. It is of course much less fun when one is made to feel it is a duty.
Sorry for my little outburst folks, but really do not like being called out on something silly when no-one knows the circumstances behind the reasons.
