Calculating rebuild cost in England

So, I keep getting a fault notification (non specific) when using
https://abi.bcis.co.uk/register/register.aspx
Perhaps I am calculating the square meters wrong?

The property is 7620 mm x 5825mm.

88.2 is what I make it after doubling up for two story dwelling.

well 7.62m by 5.825m would be 44.3865 sqm so if you double that you'd get 88.773 sqm

Yes, I'm glad you got the same and unfortunately it stops at four digits on the form.
So I just had the brainwave to input 89 and it worked.

Maybe the calculator assumes that below a certain size is a special case so won't do the sums. 44 sq m over 2 floors would almost be more wall than space. You could test this by playing, input 40, 50, 60 etc and find out at what point it works properly.
