I bought some Festool clamps from them last October. As far as I remember, they arrived very quickly, and I would be very happy to buy from them again.

i ordered the FESTOOL 491588 FS-KS Combination Angle 0-180º from them. They sent the wrong piece - meant for the Kapex. I phoned and the next day the correct part arrived, together with t shirt, hat and a lovely old-fashioned folding ruler as compensation. A week or so later they picked up the wrong piece by courier. I will definitely go there again - v impressed
