Went along as even though they're not too far away I've never been and well, any chance that there might be a wood bargain is too good to pass up.
As I'm not a morning person dragging my cold ridden carcass out of bed on a Saturday morning in good time is not easy, so unsurprisingly when I arrived 45 mins after they'd opened most of the small packets had gone - woodies after a bargain are like moths to a flame
Thankfully I was after bigger pieces of oak for a bookcase, so was able to browse a pallet full myself for a good half hour. Was well looked after by friendly staff and ended up with 11 lengths of 2000x175x23 for 130 quid - bargain
Think I'll be going back, especially as they had some fantastic pieces of pippy oak that were crying out to be made into slightly rustic coffee tables
