Great job and finish, did the walnut come planed and thicknessed?
The osmo wood protector and top oil, do you think that would be a good idea for a resurface on a solid oak table also?

It provides very good protection from what I can tell so far; perfect bubbling of liquids. Took an age to dry but then I finished in a very cold garage!
