Bandsaw spares - Jet JWBS-9

Hello,

Can anyone suggest a supplier for spares for the machine above? I need a new bearing, which Axminster stock, but it's a fiver's carriage for a £2.00 part, and I won't need to order anything else from them for a while.

Hi,

Try http://www.bearingoptions.co.uk/ 99p delivery charge last time I ordered 4 bearings from them and they are cheap.

Look in Yellow Pages for a local bearing supplier. There are lots of them. The bearing will be a standard part. There is probably a code number stamped on it. If not, they will need OD, ID and thickness.

Local bearing factors will be able to sort you out. Take the old one with you.

Woodchip - belt snapped on mine too. Axminster supplied a replacement.
