Looks in good nick. Nice find.
Don't know the machine well enough/can't tell from the pix, but has it got quick release/tool-less blade change? If not then I THINK you can get a kit from Hegner direct.
I see a few pinned blades there. If the machine can use them (I guess so) then useful for the heavier cutting jobs. If not, then they can be used by knocking the pin out of the blade (just drill a hole the same size as the pin in a piece of scrap, rest the end of the blade with the pin in the hole, then gently tap the pin out with a light hammer).
I also see some spiral blades there I think. Some here refer to them as the invention of the devil, others swear by them (in a positive sense)! I've tried a few and found the problem is that they cut in all directions (obviously)! That means that when it comes to turning a tight corner you MUST pivot exactly on the spot, with no movement in any direction at all while pivoting, otherwise you get an unwanted cut in some direction or other. BUT I guess that's partly due to the fact that (age!) I find it very difficult not to move my pivot hand while turning. I'm sure that's really only a matter of more practice though.
But well done, welcome to "the ranks" with what I've always heard from others here is a very good machine. And at that price you can't go wrong - some of the "dressed up, all from the same Chinese factory cheapos" go for about that much!
Warning though, scrolling gets very addictive, and if you end up like me you'll also be using your machine for all sorts of jobs that aren't "proper" scrolling at all. Great!
