Is it any good or another good selling ploy

Never used it so cannot say if its any good or not, you don't say what you are trying to seal , I would get 1 and try it to see if it solves your problem before splashing the cash on a case of the stuff . My inner voice is telling me that it is not as good as the advertising portrays it to be

Quite so, my feelings exactly, stuff advertised rarely matches the claims made

Hence my curiosity as to whether this actually works or not
