Anyone own a Makita 9741 and made DIY wheels ?

Evening gents.
There is a local gent selling a Makita wheel sander that i currently have on hold for a few days- its not exactly cheap but will make my restoration works a lot quicker.
Only thing is it comes with 0 accessories and the wheels are £50-75 + per wheel even from the Chinese bulk sites and auction sites- let alone importing Makita ones.

Its a long shot as i'm not sure when or how long they where sold in the UK but does anyone have one and had any luck making your own wheels ?

I'm very happy with mine - although I do have a wolf 9401 belt sander and a linisher as well. (And a belt grinder on the "to finish" project list.
