Adze bargain?

I've been wanting a small adze for sometime and there are some fantastic quality adzes available. But quite rightly quality comes at a price.
With a regular Ebay search there were various options costing several hundred pounds. Then a mis-descrbed item came up, £30 buy-it-now and its now this adze is mine.
It's a real bargain but who are ROVT? Google hasn't helped but maybe somewhere here might know?

£30 for €140 item is just fine by me.
