Our eldest grandson came in today and I asked him what he had been doing lately.
He said he had been to Switzerland with 3 friends in an old car (P reg.) worth £100..
Unfortunately the clutch or something burnt out on a swiss pass, and the car recovery insurance took them to Geneva, put 4 lads up over night, flew them back to London the next day. Later the car owner was flown back to Geneva to be reunited with his car.
(I did ask if the other 3 passengers were also afforded this facility The return to Switzerland as well
