Issue with GTS 10 blade lower/rise mechanism

Thank you Jester for your questions and I was aware that the 32 is in wrong plane but there was no other hole where it could go. I double checked today and what is right plane for the 32 there is a bolt still in situ and the only available hole is admittedly 180 degrees (backwards) different ans...

Issue with GTS 10 blade lower/rise mechanism

Mine one was made in 2008 and model is 3601 L 30270. Here is the scheme for it https://www.powertoolspares.com/bosch/table-saw-gts-10.m/3601l30270/spares and I appologise I mistyped the part as my query could be around part no 32 which is Bolt with spring washer or Bushing part no 60. But...

Issue with GTS 10 blade lower/rise mechanism

What I am trying to figure out what bolt (no 23 on the replacement parts scheme) does to the moving mechanism as from the position it should somehow interact with the rise/fall rod. Any sensible ideas?

Issue with GTS 10 blade lower/rise mechanism

Looking for some advice. Recently I got myself Bosch GTS 10 table saw. As I strted to set it upo I noticed that to rise it in normal position was very difficult however to lower it was smooth as I would expect but admittedly there was some vibration coming from it. Recommend lathe light

Thank you everyone for ideas. For spot light and inside work I am thinking to use my bike light. Tried headtorch but it does not want to work well with my helmet/respirator. It looks to me like either free standing or wall mounted tubes as celing is partially blocked with stored roof box. Now...

    Glue on old bowling bowls

It is just over 1100 grams. It was purposefully made that way for my friend who is chainsaw carver and uses traditional carving for those tricky bits where the chainsaw or grinder would be no good. As I got hold of another ball yesterday which was already partially cut, I will make smaller...

    Glue on old bowling bowls

The second plug is out. Used the same method as before. There was a bit od the glue on the bottom of the plug where the small drill hole is. It is definately no hide glue. When I tried to clean it off it was not completely hard and britle. I am thinking more some of the glues leatherworkers used...

    Glue on old bowling bowls

Ok found it. Have to say heated the ball that it was sweating but glue would not give at all. Tried to scratch around the plug with needle and scalpel to loosen it but still no go. As my future design allows it I carved the wood away around the plug rigt to the top of the decorative part about...
