Good idea with the sacrificial inserts colin will incorporate them into my design. Dangermouse i have the original manual and...

    Recommend a HVLP system

Ive been using the fuji for nearly 10 years and cant fault it really. The cheapest one now is a little over your budget http://www.axminster.co.uk/fuji-fuji-mi ... rod846031/ . The Apollo ones are a similar quality but the guns are not quite as nice as the fuji ones imo. cheers Jon

Making your own Spindle Moulder cutters WIP

Its probably also worth pointing out that using an unlimited block in a spindle moulder even with a powerfeed is illegal according to the hse. The non limited blocks are really only supposed to be used in planer moulders with security locked guards. cheers Jon

Are all pva's the same ?

Ive gone back to using U F resins for veneering and laminating. The Borden UL39 resin mixed with the UH21 hardener gives excellent results and cures fast in around an hour in summer and probably 2 hours in winter depending upon temperature. If youve got a heated press it can be seconds...

I sometimes use one on my router table. Carefull positioning of the powerfeed from the spindle allows it to be used and is usefull for climb cutting to get clean mouldings on difficult timbers. Ive got the same table but branded ryobi like Dicks I think you would be pushed for space to get a...

    Domi_no or Domi-yes

Probably down to your technique i would think, the machine itself is extremely accuarate. I agree with Bob about them being a bit a bit fragile. Im on my second one now the fences twisted and then the gearbox got stipped but in fairness it did a lot of work. cheers Jon
